Manufacturing Process

The whole process involved in the manufacture of paper bags is automatic, starting with printing and ending with stacking up of finished bags. The paper roll is initially cut into proper width and they are fed into the printing unit first. After the printing is done the roll goes into the bag making section where it is folded, pasted, sheared and stacked. The bags will be plain bags or sachetted bags with folds in the middle.

  1. Cutting paper

The Paper roll of paper is loaded on a roller which would carry it continuously to the cutting into proper size by cutting machine.

  1. Printing Paper

As per the requirement of the client the paper is to be printed into the printing machine.

  1. Folding, pasting, & shearing: –

Then the paper pieces are to be made into bags by automatic bag making machine by folding, pasting, & shearing.

  1. Punching

In the paper bag making process, the sack is to undergone through punching section, press section and to be prepared.

  1. Eyelet fitting

Then Eyelet is to be fitted through the automated machine.

  1. Lace fitting

Then the lace of the bag is fitted through the automated machine.
